Insurance
Many insurance plans will reimburse for care at our office. While we are not contracted as a provider with any insurance company, coverage may be available to you if your insurance policy provides benefits for "out of network" chiropractors.
We collect payment at the time of service and will help you submit statements to your insurance company for consideration of reimbursement directly to you, but payment for such services by insurance companies is neither implied nor agreed by this clinic. We take no responsibility for non-payment by insurance companies for services rendered at our clinic.
Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
Medicare
Our office is not contracted with Medicare. Medicare patients pay at time of service and we will send your claims to Medicare for the consideration of reimbursement paid directly to the patient. Medicare will in turn handle any secondary insurance claims submission.
Auto Accidents
Our office does not accept 'third-party' insurance or 'liens'. Payment is due at the time of insurance and we will provide statements for you to get reimbursed directly by the responsible parties.
The only exception to this is with the provision that we are able to bill your Auto Insurance directly (med-pay benefits). Payment for such services by insurance companies is neither implied nor agreed by this clinic. We take no responsibility for non-payment by insurance companies for services rendered at our clinic, and you will be responsible for all balances in full.
Prior to your initial appointment we will need to verify the following: claim number, claim's adjuster name and phone number, insurance name and address, date of accident, and med-pay benefits. Our office currently does not accept 'third-party' insurance or 'liens'.
No Insurance
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

In an effort to make living the wellnes lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family plan that is specific to you and your family.
At Renee J. Gordon, DC we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. We would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously. As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Unfortuantly, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
